Membership at SCMAC
Membership applies for the 12 months from July 1 to June 30 and requires the current fee to be presented to the treasurer.
New membership requires the membership form to be completed and forwarded to the club . Contact would normally be made through a member of the committee or a club member as the membership requires a proposer and seconder from the club members. Once the membership has the proposer and seconder and approval by the committee the appropriate fee is forwarded to the treasurer.
All membership either renewing an existing one or applying for a new one is subject to approval by the committee.

PDF Form: (requires Acrobat reader or other pdf reader program. Acrobat reader can be obtained from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/ if you do not already have this essential program on your computer. This form can be printed and manually filled out and brought to the club
Word Form: This is a word 2003 form and can be filled out on your computer in the grey fields. You do need Microsoft word to open this file - most versions will work. Navigation around the form is by mouse or better still using the Tab key to move forward from one field to the next or Shift-Tab to move backwards. It can then be printed or e-mailed. You will need to sign it later if your membership is accepted
